our experience comes from working for a worldwide real estate developer, for thirty-five years, in the planning, construction, and development of many types of buildings. most of the experience comes from working in the construction of fifteen office buildings, in nine cities, serving in roles of project officer, construction manager, project manager, and property manager. of special interest are the following performing arts and fine arts buildings:
1. wortham theater center, houston, texas: 2,200 and 1,100 seat theaters; 435,000 square feet. completed may 1987.
2. shepherd school of music, rice university, houston, texas: 1,000 seat concert hall; rehearsal halls, classrooms, 127,000 square feet. completed october 1991.
3. moores school of music, university of houston, houston, texas: 800 seat performance hall, rehearsal hall, classrooms, 135,000 square feet. completed september 1997.
4. museum of fine arts, houston: 185,000 square feet museum facility with complete support spaces. completed march 2000.
